Тацуми разработал этот шутер от первого лица, используя технологию масштабирования спрайтов для имитации трехмерного реактивного боя. Пилоты управляют самолетом на воздушной подушке Tatsumi 86, который уничтожает воздушные и наземные цели в различных зонах боевых действий.
