Аватаром игрока выступает мужчина на одноколесном велосипеде, ловящий на голову падающих Pac-Men и воздушные шары. При использовании кнопки «Удар» ноги персонажа вытягиваются, и воздушные шары снова поднимаются вверх, позволяя накопить до восьми штук, прежде чем они лопнут. Укладка Pac-Men на голову дает дополнительные бонусные очки во время игры.
